All summer (and since last year, really), Vancouver has been one of the main teams rumored to be interested in Mathieu. That has really heated up in the last week. Its been all over blogs and rumor sites, but today it hit more "mainstream" media, with a report from Dan Murphy at Sportsnet that "Canucks close to signing Schneider." Seeing that Corey Schneider is already under contract with the team for another year, it isn't just a name confusion thing. =P
With training camp just about 2 weeks away, something better happen soon.
